We have tried to work with *** to get this problem
fixedThe problem is when you hire a plumber they can not always be there the
exact time they say they will beWe ask the plumber for an expected arrival
time always*** was very rude and if the plumber
didn't show up exactly on
time she got nasty on the phoneWe have other rental units and if something
breaks we call a contractor to come overIt is our responsibility to get it
fixed but on our lease it says nothing about the landlords being presentWe
use one of the most respected plumbing companies in New Albany, *** ***
The last time I talked to *** she asked for the plumbers number so she
could schedule it so it would be convenient for her and the plumber would bill
usI want to resolve this issue as well
