This complaint is for the Lynn Haven Location located on the corner of Hwy I have been utilizing this car wash for over five years with no issues On last Saturday, as I was coming out the car wash, the blower pulled lose the spoiler on my Land Rover, Range Rover Sport As I noticed it, I immediately notified the attendant which also saw the damage to my vehicle This attendant notified the manager on duty, Mike, who came out and looked at my vehicle and took pictures He informed me that he would do an incident report, which he did, and told me that the General/District Manager (Kyle *** is the name Mike gave me, which I think is not his last name) would be in contact with me on Monday morning Well, around noon Monday, I had not heard from Kyle or Mike, so I phoned the establishment The young lady that answered the phone informed me that Mike was off and gave me the number to Kyle Upon calling this number, no one answered and the mail box was full, therefore, you couldn't even leave a message I also sent a text message and no response On Tuesday Morning, I called and spoke with Mike who informed me that he was going to contact Kyle and give me a call backMike called me back and basically stated that Kyle said that the business will not pay for the damage to my vehicle Mike and I went back and forth because neither I nor the attendant observed any damages prior to my vehicle entering the wash area and it was only discovered after the blowers caused the spoiler to detach from my vehicle I asked Mike to have Kyle give me a call and requested that the establishment, at a minimum pay my co-pay for my insurance to repair my vehicle Well, HOURS past and I had not heard from Mike or Kyle Therefore, I phoned Mike again expressing my dissatisfaction and poor customer service that Kyle, as the "District Manager" was displaying by not even addressing my concerns I informed Mike that I would file a formal complaint with the Revdex.com because this is not how a customer legitimate complaint should be handled! I would like to advise any future customers that may sustain damages to their vehicle, they type of customer service this establishment displays they will not be compensated for damages! I will highly encourage and ensure that friends and family NOT utilize this establishment or any of this company locations!
