Review: I have received a Customer Statement and three invoices. All of which claim I owe $3,764,56. Twice I have asked for itemized billing. I received one copy. Unfortunately, it was rendered unreadable by the three inches of rain that day. On December 23, I requested a replacement. I have not received it.

The work was reported finished on September 20, 2013. The first invoice, #[redacted], which I never received, apparently was prepared on October 10, 2013. The first invoice I received, (Customer Statement), is dated November 4, 2013. Apparently in response to my request for an itemized bill, I received 3 copies of invoice #[redacted].Desired Settlement: I need an accounting of how they arrived at the $3,764.56. How was my deposit applied.
