Review: Filter piece was defective, I was redirected to the point of sale who declined to help. Had to purchase the replacement part out of pocket for $80. Part was only 2 months old.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the $80 I had to pay to purchase the replacement part and install myself.
