Watertown Canvas & Awning

Review: I am submitting this on behalf of my 83 year old mother. This company picked up a 12 foot canvas awning on 8/12/2015. They were to clean and return - note they did not give her a receipt at the time they picked it up.. To date she has not received the awning. She has called them 6 times and went to the store in person twice to no avail. They have not been able to find the awning. They have turned their phone off and will be selling the business 12/1/2015.Desired Settlement: Would like assistance in locating the awning and returning promptly.
