Waterton Residental

This is the worse residental company anyone can reside in! I have been told to call lock smith when my door nob broke completely off and after waiting for hour for someone to come I had to find someone else to fix it! This is nerve recking being that my car has been broken into and luckly I have a Jaguar because their attempt to steal it failed! I currently reside in Matthews Crossing in Matthews, North Carolina and the office staff is RUDE! Especially RachaelHer reaponse to my emergency maintance request was "sorry he lives an hour away!" As I walked out the door ahe is amiling and smerking as if it made her feel good about her position! There is a serious building violation with the floors cracking underneath carpet and clicking together as I walk through my apartmentLiving here is like living outside with the bugs I have on a daily basis! It took a month upon move in to get a refrigerator that worked as well as months to get hot water! NEVER WILL I MOVE INTO ANOTHER PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!
