Review: I hired [redacted] (owner), states his license # is PA093158 to replace service entry and upgrade fuse box to circuit breakers and to remove 2 dangling wires from back porch. We met gave him half of contracted rate of job day before he begins, job supposed ti start next day, first he arrives at 4pm when we afgreed at 11am. He begins the work states he almost done so my boyfriend then paid him remaining balance, he then states he needs to go get more supplies. 5 days later after harassing him by call and text he returns with a family member he states who looks lile he on drugs, he leaves wires, tubing, old double meter casing in my yard, jimmyed something to show me I had power in the house and left and said him and inspector would be back next week. Now today is over a week he ignores all my calls texts, emails. One of the 2 wires in back remains, meter head is in the house, no power and circuit breaker box looks like no circuit box ive ever seen before so 150 amp service upgrade I requested im scared to contact inspector and they laugh at me, im not an electrician so I dot know wjat to do less than hire another electrician to check his work and to finish I guess.but not close to good serviceDesired Settlement: Finish work,bring inspector to certify my home wont burn down
