We do the billing for the Portland Sanitary DistrictThe first order of business would be to test the water meter and see if it is registering right
We do bill monthly and not quarterlyWe will install a new meter and test the old meter for the Portland Sanitary District and relay the results back to the customerI don’t know what the rates were at their previous locationOnce the test is done there can be further investigation if they have a leak or something runningThis is the first response we have had with this issue
