We are very pleased with the new garage door opener installed on December 9th at our home in Waterloo
It is very quiet, responds quickly to the remotes and exceeds our expectations
My husband visited your showroom on the morning of the 9th, and was very impressed by the products and helpful staffHe immediately purchased the unit, and I was amazed to get a phone call to arrange same day installation
Kyle is an exemplary technicianPrompt, polite, friendly, very neat and meticulous in his workHe obviously took great care in ensuring the opener would work perfectly, and showed us how to use all of the remotesYou should be commended for the good training and care in hiring that you have put into your staffI will be happy to recommend your company to friends, and have already spoken to some family members about our very good experience

We had overhead doors installed at our building The doors installed were made by Garaga and were commercial doors After about a year, the doors were swelling in certain areas Waterloo Garage doors said no problem they would replace the panels that were swelling They then sent us a large bill even though we were not told that the labour to replace the panels was not included in the warranty We were then shown a warranty from a residential door even though we had purchased commercial doors and in the very small fine print it said they would not recommend dark colours in a southwest or south or southeast facing area Imagine our surprise to find out our doors were not designed to withstand sunlight! After asking Waterloo Garage Doors to have the manufacturer contact us about the charge to replace the panels we were ignored and months later received another bill with interest of 10% per month added on to the bill This rate exceeds the usury laws of Canada I would recommend if you want a garage door, make sure it will be able to withstand sunlight and will receive a proper warranty
