Leased this equipment, pay for it quarterly. Lease began 8/20/2014. I sent an email to our account rep 3/8/17 (***) The email stated we wished to not renew, and please pick it up prior to our move target date 3/31/2017. I gave him our then current address. We have kept the bills up to date. The final bill in collections covers 7/1/17-9/30/17. We have asked for a corrected invoice numerous times and for the unit to be picked up. I get assurances that they will resolve things when I call, but do not follow through.
We apologize for the delay in responding and following up with the customer. We did stop the billing and wrote off all open invoices on the account. The account was cancelled due to the customer moving to a new location. If there is anything further that we need to do, we are happy to address at this time. We thank them for their patience and apologize once again.

We got a waterlogic firewall cube from waterlogic - March 2016. The unit stopped working in October and I found that the internal water tank has a leak. I have been trying for the past several weeks using phone, email and their website to reach their warranty service but no response. On the phone their support department kept transferring me to over another support department in an endless loop and often times the call got "cut" when transferring or it goes to voicemail but no response back in the past several weeks.
We apologize for the lack of response and the delay in getting service. I have personally reached out to the customer to ensure they have received service. We are waiting for a response. This unit was purchased without any maintenance agreement, so there was most likely confusion on how to handle this request. We have since resolved/trained folks on how to handle these requests that will make for a better experience for the customer.

Customer service is BEYOND incredibly poor. I've been *tryingto deal with them since 2015. It took about 2 months to have anyone come out to replace our water filter. I tried emailing the customer service department to get a copy of a contract but NEVER heard back. Calls are NEVER returned. They only call when they want your money. I tried to resolve a billing issue, and it's taken close to 6 months. I called our "rep" to get it resolved but NEVER received a call back. Stay FAR FAR away!
Our company began services with Waterlogic on January 6, 2015. We use them to service our water cooler and our Keurig Machine. To date, the customer service has been beyond extremely poor. We have dealt with team leaders, customer reps, managers and the district manager attempting to find resolution to our problem. This has been to no avail. Each time we contact waterlogic, we do not receive any resolution. To date, the issue is still in existence and our phone calls are NEVER returned. This has been going on for nearly 2 years!!!!
We have e-mailed and called numerous times to cancel service. They do not reply to e-mails and when calling either don't return the calls or refer you to a different department. They are almost totally stonewalling.
