Review: Recently had some work done on my Ford Focus 2005 and needed an air bag clockspring replaced and was charged $257 for a part that can be purchased at retail pricing from [redacted] for $149. I was then told two difference reasons as to why this is from two different people who work there. One of the ladies that works the phones said they purchased the part originally from [redacted] for pretty much the same as retail price and that was the best deal they could get. I then spoke with the mechanic, [redacted], who said the extra cost was to cover future warranty repair costs and it's added into all their car parts they install. I have never encountered a garage that would say such a silly thing as to why the price for a part was so high. I was also refused an itemized receipt for the work done to my car. Waterlick garage was hoping that I would not think anything of the over priced item.Desired Settlement: Complete refund.

We had already refunded $57.00 dollars , customer had called for a second refund, we refused , customer wanted not to pay, even after they agreed on services, the total parts and labor, $336.00 was final total .which was on the bill, $117.00 labor and $13.89 tax and $199.97 for the part and 5.42 shop supply.
