Review: On 8/26/15 installation of new toilet bowl and tank was not installed correctly. Toilet tank wobbled due to tank not being tighten enough and white plastic washers were never installed that came with toilet. Did not use bolts that tank came with and used their own. They did not use white nuts to hold down toilet to floor. Applied calking to bolt instead of using nuts that came with toilet. They used their own materials instead of using parts that came with new toilet and tank. This will cause a void in warranty. I texted owner [redacted] and explained the problem to him, I could not sit on toilet as the tank would hit the wall. He was nasty and put blame on me and said I was wrong. I tried to explain the problem and he would not listen or did not want to hear it. He would not answer his phone when I called. On 8/27 [redacted] the installer called me and he said he would come 11:00 am to fix it but never showed up. I called him and [redacted] all day and also texted them. They did not answer. [redacted] or [redacted] never called me back. They completely ignored me. I had to get another plumber to fix the problem they left behind. I lost 2 days pay from having to take off of work for this. I had to pay another plumber to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for toilet installation which was $75.00 plus $50.00 which I had to pay another plumber to fix it. Total $125.00 to be refunded to me. I also lost 2 days pay.
