ADVERTISEMENT
Not honorable. They advertise a "STANDARD WORRY FREE 10 YEAR WARRANTY" but when it came time to repair my unit claim that my dealer (now out of business) "bought the warranty down to 1 year". Consumer has no knowledge of this happening and has to take the word of Waterfurnace. It is posted as a standard warranty on all their advertisements! BEWARE, SCAM!!!
