Dear Revdex.com, The following correspondence is in response to a complaint that we received on October 10, which was submitted to the Revdex.com on October 6, by [redacted] *** Ms [redacted] did in fact experience an after hours water leak Our emergency on-call maintenance employee contacted a third party restoration company which arrived the same night and set up drying equipment The water intrusion required several days of dryers running in the apartment as well as subsequent drywall work and painting Damaged drywall was removed and replaced The apartment was cleared by the third party restoration company as moisture levels had returned to normal Dealing with a water leak and subsequent repair is very inconvenient to a resident and using a third party restoration company is our fastest path to solving the problem and getting our resident’s apartment back to 100% Additionally, once Ms [redacted] notified us that the rent credit was incorrect on 10/5/2016, her credit was adjusted on 10/6/ Any concerns that Ms [redacted] has brought to our attention we have taken very seriously and have provided a resolution Ms [redacted] also lists additional damage in her apartment on this complaint This is the first communication regarding additional damage listed as “water marks on multiple walls” “cracks on parts of ceiling” We wish to resolve this too and will reach out to Ms [redacted] to inspect these areas and make additional repairs if necessary We have worked to resolve every concern Ms [redacted] has had and will continue to do so going forward Sincerely, -Chad Chad H [redacted] , CAM, CAPS
