Definitely Not A- Material. As someone who has spent years working with the Anti-defamation League to help make quality a reality for all Americans, I can say this has been the single most ugly experience with an Apartment complex I've EVER had. Overpriced and racist. Not easy to work with as they attempt to put more responsibility on the tenant's ability to manage them and their responses than they do pay attention to how they run their business. As a Minority I've never experienced the nicer side of this business, in typical historical fashion I'm held to the letter, even if it's incorrect. They have never agreed to work with me on anything and I feel people should avoid this complex and its owner if they can.

As it turns out demand makes for terrible business integrity.

Inexperienced individuals with jobs they are underqualified for and don't do particularly well or correct is disappointing. The Staff is biased and inconsistent and mostly offer cookie cutter responses and will rarely correct mistakes, especially in my case and those of the other minority tenants.

Overall, poor and typically predictably racist.
