I stayed in the rv park from October through January and was charged a security deposit of $250.00. I spoke with the manager the day I left and was informed I would receive the deposit back minus the cost of the electricity for the month of January. I have not seen anything on my bank statements reflecting the return of the deposit and it is now February 14th. I have tried calling and left several messages as well as using email. I would like for this matter to be resolved promptly to move beyond this.
