Review: I brought a tire and wheel there to have the defective tire swapped out, and the shop damaged my rim during the repair. The car is brand new (had 500 miles on it). The shop is refusing to replace my rim.Desired Settlement: I want my damaged rim replaced. The car is new, the damage occurred due to negligence, and a repair on the present wheel will never equal the quality of the original equipment. Not to mention the down time involved with any repairs needing to be done.
