Our 20 year-old Select Comfort air bed developed a leak on one side. We tried various solutions but still had a significant leak. We decided to replace the air chamber if we could find one suitable and that would fit our system.
I searched the internet for a replacement air chamber and found WATERBEDSETC. The price was the best I could find. I contacted Mr. by phone and he explained the adapter for my air hose that would be sent and how to use it. He stated that he would get it out as soon as he received my order. I placed my order that day (October 30) and by November 1 I had my replacement! We replaced the air chamber and have had no problems.
I have been very pleased with this company's promptness, and willingness to explain the process for adapting the new mattress air hose to the old system. I would be willing to work with this company if I have further needs for my Select Comfort bed.
