Review: My wife and I had purchased a inground pool from Water World Pools back in June, and the work is incomplete. We have already paid in full. We are exhausted and almost out of options. The following items still need to be addressed:

1. Passing of electrical inspections

2. Passing of plumbing inspections

3. Passing of final inspections

4. Filter/skimmer basket sizing

5. Damaged fence posts

6. Damage to my front lawn and my neighbors front lawnDesired Settlement: Due to the length of time that has elapsed, our request for the above issues are requested to be completed by the January 2, 2014. Further litigation will follow if not fulfilled.

Review: The pool itself has an issue where the fastener that would hold the safety barrier across the pool to separate the shallow and deep end has come out of the pool wall making it impossible to use the safety barrier.

The second issue is that the heater is malfunctioning and not reading the correct temperature. Water World was contact in October of 2013 and besides a response then that the prior service technician was no longer with the company, no one is responding to my attempts to contact them. In trying to call them today I am now receiving a message that the numbers are temporarily out of service.Desired Settlement: Repair the two problems referenced (safety anchor installation and heater repair).

Review: I purchased my pool from Water World Pools approximately 2-3 years ago. They told me that the pool has a 50 year warranty. The pool is now leaking and I do not know what to do. I called every single number on there 2 web sites that they have and all of them are saying that the numbers are out of service. I now do not know what to do! Do not ever do business with these people. The owners name is [redacted].Desired Settlement: Refund In Cash, Repair, A phone call, ANYTHING!

Review: I purchases a pool with a 50 year warentee and now the pool popped due to falty installation. I've had them come out a few times to fix the cracks and I told them something is wrong if it is cracking only 3 years after getting in the pool. Was told nothing is wrong we will fix the cracks. 4 times I had them out here fixing cracks and every time I told them something is wrong. Well my pool popped about 3 inches on the same side that all the cracks were!Desired Settlement: I would like water world to come out here and install my pool properly and and replace anything they have to remove to do so!!!
