Water Works Pool & Spa

This pool company was hired to complete some much needed work on my mother's pool. My mother is elderly and does not see well. The pool tech never knocked on the door to check in with my mother. She could not tell me if or when the visit had occurred. The pool was never brought up to swimmable conditions. After receiving a bill, I called to ask questions about the state of the pool. The office staff became very upset over general questions. In fact, Lynn ended up hanging up the phone with out ever confirming the tech had proof he had been to my mother's house. Is this how they treat elderly people? Too bad she could not explain without getting so defensive and upset. Makes me wonder if I caught them practicing unsavory business.I now own the house and wanted to establish a regular service.
