I purchased a $300.00 water pitcher from them. When I went to use it the water smelled like something died in it. There is NO way this is drinkable water. I called and told them it smelled awful and they said you get used to the smell. It literaly smells like the sewer. They were beyond rude and unprofessional. They Do Not accept any returns. They do not even list their address. They are a horrible company. If you can find their address, which I did after some research. They will have all mail sent back to you. This is a scam and their products do not work.
