I hired water solutions to replace our back flow as a winter freeze broke our current one. Technicians came out March 18th replaced it for $325 we spoke about the upcoming freeze the next day so they left the back flow in a winterized setting to avoid it breaking again. I went to discover last week the new back flow is broken due to the freeze the technician said it was set to avoid from breaking one. I called to have it replaced again but was told they won't replace it due to freeze I would have to pay full price to repair and it would need to wait until next month for an appointment. I even wrote a Google review that day thanking their work and technician setting it up to avoid damage from the freeze but apparently he didn't and they won't fix it even though I just paid to have the same issue fixed previously.
Hello Mr ***, We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding about our winterization policy when it comes to freeze damage. On our website it Clearly states that we do not cover freeze damage. We did replace your back flow in march and activated your system as requested by you. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and cannot predict it as well. You as the homeowner are ultimately responsible for protecting the sprinkler system during cold temperatures.
As a courtesy We did attempt to work with you to resolve this by installing a new part for only the cost of the part, no labor or other fees. You denied the help at the time. Again I hope this helps clarify our policy on freeze damage.

I am rejecting this response, if it seemed an inappropriate time to fix a back flow due to an upcoming freeze I would hope the technician would decline the work as he has the professional expertise on the repair. He showed confidence that his work would not be compromised with the upcoming freeze the next day, if he would have recommended waiting I would gladly have taken his comments and rescheduled.

I am rejecting this response because: Still not acceptable, we discussed the freeze would not be a concern in fact I wrote the Google support thanking for that specifically, there was never a discussion the freeze could be an issue otherwise I would have taken any advice. I expect a refund.

Save time and frustration. Just call Debbie and have Frank and his team do your sprinkler system install. Wonderful job! So pleased I chose this company!
