Water Doctors INC, ([redacted]) failed to respond to repeated phone calls for assistance for services guaranteed previously.Water Doctors Inc, ([redacted]) had previously attempted to fix a water leak issue in my [redacted]. The driver and passenger side weather stripping had needed repair in December of 2013. [redacted] came out to my house, fixed the issue and stated that the worked was guaranteed and to call if there are any issues with water leaks into the vehicle in the future. In approx Dec 2014, the car started to leak water into the vehicle again when it would rain, as before. I reached out to [redacted], and at first he was willing to come out and assess the issue in the next day or two. He then later stated that he had some personal issues to attend to and would have to reschedule. [redacted] never got back in contact with me after multiple repeated phone messages over at least a month to six weeks. All messages were ignored. I then tried to contact another location of Water Doctors Inc in Charlotte per the Water Doctors Web page. I contacted [redacted] in Charlotte to explain the issue with my car and the lack of response from [redacted]. No contact or return of messages from [redacted] in the Charlotte Water Doctors location. My car remains with this water leakage issue currentlyDesired SettlementI would like Water Doctors to guarantee the work they provided, come out and assess the water leakage problem or refund my money paid. At the very least return of messages and an explanation of lack of responsiveness and extremely poor customer service. Or, even perhaps suggest someone that may be able to help with this specific issue if you are not able. Ignoring messages and not providing the guarantee to your work you stated, is no way to run a business. Very poor customer service to say the very least. I not only reached out to one employee, but two who would not return any phone calls.
