We are a hotel. There are also condo units in the building, but the reception for the condos does not recognize

Review: After finding an apartment for rent via [redacted] I was sent by [redacted] under Water and Wall homes and invoice for rental reservation from Aug * to ** for friends arriving from Europe. I paid the invoice via [redacted] in April. And [redacted] cancelled today (day of arrival) the contract because she said she would be fine 3000 by the management company for renting on a weekly basis. She did not offer any other option and promising full refund by Aug ** but for having had my money since april and also I am now incurring additional charges trying to find them proper accommodation the evening of their arrival. They are traveling with 4 kids 14-11-9-3 and after 12 hours of travel have no place to stay. [redacted] had already explained possible difficulty in July but said she would honor the reservation as it was placed before the management co vetoed weekly rentals. I am appalled by her attitude and not finding comparable solutions. She is fraudulently operating and renting to poor people who can't defend themselves.Desired Settlement: If full refund has not cleared by the 12 I need full refund + interest for 4+ month+ compensation of all additional costs (app. 1800 so far)+ punitive damages for stress on a young family stranded at the airport tonight!

Review: On 5/**/14 I rented an apartment at [redacted] for 7/**-7/**/14 for $1,2221.00 Upon arrival it was determined that no such apartment (15N) exists in that building and they have no property owner by the name of Water and Wall Homes or [redacted]. It is possible to [redacted] and find a listing for them but this apartment does not exist. Fraud??Desired Settlement: Refund to [redacted]

Is there a place to report this fraud to the NYV housing authorities? If so, I will do that.
