Watch Your Time Corporation

Review: Two watches were purchased from Watch Your Time on [redacted] in [redacted], New York Sunday, September [redacted], 2013. Within eight hours, the first watch stopped working and was returned. After contacting the merchant on Monday, September [redacted], it was decided that both watches would be returned in exchange for another watch that was quoted while purchasing the original two watches. The watch that was to be purchased on exchange was reported to be sold "that morning" and all exchange options presented are now at added cost. Store management is unresponsive to phone calls and rescinded previous quoted prices indicating that there was a "misunderstanding."Desired Settlement: Due to the quality of the product received and the substandard customer service, the desired settlement would be a complete refund. Because the business has a no refund/exchange only within seven day policy, the next most desirable settlement would be an exchange for a comparable watch in the price range without added cost.
