We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences and delays that have occurred with this repair orderWe have looked into this matter and the reason the watch has been delayed and not shipped is
because it is a unique type of strap where it is not a quick fixWe were told that the replacement part was coming in, therefore the ETA was one-two weeks from when the customer askedHowever, this was back ordered from the company and took a long time to be fulfilledThe strap of the band is not even something that is covered under the warranty here, however, we will honor and repair the watchThere was a lack of communication on our part with the customer where the situation was mistakenly overlooked
We
apologize for the inconvenience you...
have experienced. As stated previously to
the customer this was a error glitch in the system that displayed an incorrect
price for the watch on [redacted]. We do understand your frustration with this
order, however we ask that you do understand that errors can occur in this
field. We are unable to honor that price. We did try our best to help out the
customer and provide the watch at a discounted price, rather then the regular
selling price for the watch to compensate for the inconvenience as well as
provide free expedited shipping so that they receive it in time.
Review: I purchased a watch from Watchgrabber via [redacted] on December **, 2014. On December [redacted], the watch strap became detached from the body of the watch which is clearly a defect in workmanship. On January *, 2015 I submitted an RMA through [redacted] for a repair/replacement of the watch. On January [redacted], the watch was delivered to Watchgrabber. I received an email stating that it could take up to 8 weeks for repair, but was assured that it normally is repaired much sooner. Having heard nothing from the seller on the status of my watch I contacted [redacted] on 3 separate occasions hoping to get an update on my watch. In their first response, the seller tried to convince [redacted] that they never received my watch which is a blatant lie as I have detailed documents verifying the delivery. In their second response the seller told [redacted] that my watch wasn't eligible for a refund/exchange because it wasn't in original condition. The third response (which was on February [redacted]) the seller told [redacted] that my watch would be ready in a week. It is now March [redacted], exactly 8 weeks after my watch was returned. I still have not received my watch, nor have I heard from the seller. I'm frustrated as this was a gift for my wife, & she's upset that she's had to go this long without it.Desired Settlement: At this point, I think its fair & reasonable to request a full refund from the seller for not only the failure to communicate with me or [redacted] the accurate status of my purchase but also for trying to deceive [redacted] by lying about the return of my watch. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received.

Review: I purchased a Rado men watch from [redacted] thru Watch Grabber. received a email saying that the item was shipped out and gave a tracking number. a day later I received another email saying that I was refunded the amount due to a price error. Its not my problem that they listed the wrong price. After numerous calls to them they apologized and said that all they can do is to re-order the watch for me but at a higher price of $900.00 instead of the original price that I first ordered it at $690.00. I said sorry but thats not acceptable. Their misake is not my problem.Desired Settlement: Want the watch sent to me on the promised date at the original price that I ordered the watch at
