Watch Gnome

I ordered a one-way watch repair service in which the customer mails in his own watch using his own box and they ship the repaired watch back. The website never confirmed my order and never even furnished me an address to which I was supposed to mail my watch. Watch Gnome, however, did charge me $34 on my VISA for nothing. I've tried contacting Watch Gnome via email numerous times and tried calling (but their phone number was "out of service"). Don't use this service. I'm now trying to get my $34
