The false claims and accusations this customer is making are not backed up by any proof and there for must be dismissed as slander, abuse and extortion.
The customer has already filed a charge back with his credit card holder, thus receiving a full refund already which was initiated 4 months after purchase. There for has now stolen the merchandise, as he still has it in his possession.
Any further harassment we will pursue legal action and file a theft report.

Review: On 2/8/14 I purchased what I believe to be an OEM Panerai alligator leather watch strap and stainless steel deployment buckle from watchbandsource.com. This is the description of the item on the website form which I made the purchase:OEM Panerai Dark Brown Alligator with white Stitching deployment strap: $289.95 with FREE U.S. Insured Shipping.Including OEM Brushed Steel Deployment Buckle and one set of Stainless Steel Tubes. Strap size: 24/22 - 115/75Please see www.watchbandsource.com for reference.Total purchase price was $289.95.After receiving the item, it was clear that the watch band was actually made of calf (cow) leather with the alligator pattern impressed on the top side. Panerai does not make a watch strap that is advertised as alligator but actually made of calf leather, which indicates that this is a fake strap. Further investigation online with Panerai experts confirmed as such, and I actually found others who had also been tricked into buying this product which has been falsely advertised. Others have said that this merchant has changed names multiple times over the past few years including some or all of the names TCH-band source, MrWinningBids, watchbandsource, Monarchy Inc, Monarchy Holdings, etc. They also sell on ebay.I reached out to watchbandsource.com asking for a return. They responded that I can only return a new, unworn item. I then replied saying that it was a fake item and they said that they could not honor a return after 3 months. Please not that they did not say that the item was authentic in this email response. I would like proof that this watch band and buckle are OEM Panerai or I would like a refund. This seller has thousands of feedback on ebay alone due to a number of uninformed buyers (I was one of them) and these people need to be held accountable.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the strap and buckle (in used condition) for a full refund.
