When I first contacted this company, I requested that all of my furniture in my living room, dining room, and bed room be covered with blankets that they were willing to provideThe owner reassured me that my things would be covered; only one piece of my furniture was covered and the rest were just put in the back of the truck where they got damagedMy glass table tops are scraped, my sofa is covered in paint from being uncovered, and my wooden furniture is scraped everywhere due to their negligenceWhen I asked them why none my things are covered, they told me that "they didn’t need it", yet my furniture is damaged when it is less than a year oldI told them to cover my things and they chose not to so all the damages they caused are on themThe movers were taking smoke and drink breaks on my time and then they had the nerve to charge me for an extra minsNot to mention that they reeked of alcoholI had a large sofa that needed to be taken up the stairs and could not be cove
