Waszak Enterprises left our new home construction with a series of incomplete work or incomplete repairs. Over the past 5 years David W has returned several times to assess, "review punch list", begin repairs, etc. but each time left and has been impossible to get back. He last acknowledged follow-up on August 23rd 2016 and is now not returning messages. Examples of engineering issues that remain; water damming damage first year in home, open eaves not discovered until 2016 after animal infestation, leaking boiler water line, moddling pool plaster, partially repaired water damage from contractor can freezing in exhaust pipe, cistern never connected, front door miss-hung causing water damage to interior plaster, hot water in toilets, and on and on.
