Hi, I have been with Curbside Waste Systems since October 2013. I can honestly say that I have had no problems with Curbside's staff or service in the past nor present. When I became a customer for residential service, Lisa was my point of contact for my service establishment. She was really a sweetheart and very reliable! Since Lisa's passing the customer service and my garbage removal has continued to be dependable. I was the first to purchase in Phase II of this subdivision and it appears that the other residents have followed suit with my choice of Curbside as well. As long as I have a choice, I will continue to be a loyal Curbside customer with a positive recommendation for their service. Kudos Curbside staff for a job well done!

I have been with Curbside now for little over a year and have had issues and still having them. Last fall JUST before the first quarter dues were to be paid. Customers were sent out a letter asking if I'd like to lock in my Rates for either the next 12 or 36 months. I chose my preference and paid my dues. Now in the last week I received my notice that the second quarter dues were to be paid by April 1, 2018 but NOW here is the PROBLEM, my Rates had gone up $3 which is not a lot but for the fact I had chosen to keep my rates at the $48 and now they say I must pay $51 going forward due to rising fuel cost etc. NOPE!! I signed a contract to stay at the $48 Rate I already was paying and not to have a rising increase!!! The front of their website now even it states to sign up now for either 12 to 36 months to maintain your same Rate . This is Wrong to state you can maintain your rate if you choose either of these plans and sign an agreement to obtain those rates and then 3 months later Curbside raises the rate of your quarterly dues!!! BAD BUSINESS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Spoke with a young lady by the name of Rachel (I think she said her name was) today and she told me that she would see what she could do for me but this is how the owner runs his business and she cannot make changes. I said it was Wrong to tell your customers that their RATE will remain as it is if they sign a contract for either 12/36 months with the company!! She even agreed with me that it would not be right if someone deceived her this way and she would try to help me. She took my number as they always do and then never return your calls or resolve any issues you have with them!!! These people are LIARS & DECEITFUL TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!

Mrs., I apologize about this inconvenience to you. The last line of the service agreement states "V. Agreement may be adjusted to account for increases in environmental fees, fuel increases, legal, or State/Federal fees; in which case these fees will be added to your bill". The reason for the rate increase was due to the rising cost of fuel and landfill fee's. The landfill went up 10% and the fuel went up 50% in the past year.

I LOVE Curbside. I have been with them for a year almost and I have never ever been missed... I have never even spoken to them since the day I signed up. I pay quarterly and I pay online so I have never had a reason to contact them. I recommend them to everyone!

service not rendered as promised..poor customer service to resolve issue.
Ordered residential trash service..didnt pick up trash as agreed. I called in to 3 different times to resolve the issue and the customer service promised to call me back never did hear back to receive a solution. On my final call I asked for a refund and they agreed to a partial refund, however I have never received service. Poor judgement

I apologize about this inconvenience.I am working with the other ladies in the office to see what we can do to fix this issue.

I have been having issues with thi company for going on 2 weeks now. We had some neighbors move next door who ordered this service. Instead of just this company just delivering to them they place a trash can at our house too. Called the company the first time on 10/11 and told them about the mix up. The lady *** informed that she had in the system a drop for another address whose numbers were close to my address, and will have someone come pick it. Lets fast forward to yesterday when it was seventh time calling on this matte with *** who informed that she will send someone out again (keep in mind this is my seventh time calling). The trash can is still in my yard. I am so sick of the games and lies, and the sad part is I'm not even a customer with these people. They have the worse customer service ever, and I'm sick of dealing with them. Just come get the trash can out of my yard, how hard is that.

Desired Outcome

Finish the job Come pick the gargbage can up asap. I'm not a customer with them.

I will be satisfied once it has been picked up by the company. They are asking my address again which I have given them 7 times already. Can you please inform them that my address again is *** I refuse to call them again with this information for them to continuously lie to me again. Thank you.

The driver said that there was no can in sight to be picked up at ***. I will get him to go back and look again.

This company has been negligent in sustaining reliable trash pick up services. I recently cancelled my service with them. It has been 2 weeks, and I've spoken to at least three representatives at the business who have not been successful in having the unused trash can picked up from my home. I have today spoken with the supervisor who appeared to have no concern for my frustration with the service. I explained that I would be charged by my HOA for the trash can.... still no concern. They only tell me they will put me on the list to have someone pick up the trash can, and no one ever comes.

Tim "Owner" as stated is should never run a business and teach his office ladies Grace and Jennifer how to operate a business. This company by far has the poorest customer service I have ever encountered.
