This letter is to inform you that Waste Depot has carried out to our satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 7/25/and assigned ID ***Waste Depot acknowledged that our payment for trash pickup for July - September was
received timely but misapplied.Upon receipt of proof of payment, which I provided, they have now correctly applied the payment to my account and are to issue an account credit for the two service dates missed.Hopefully, they will be more diligent in handling their accounts receivable in the future; I believe it would be prudent to contact the customer regarding a supposed payment delinquency, rather than just stop service with no explanation.Waste Depot's 'Marie' was very helpful in resolving this complaint to our full and complete satisfaction.Regards,*** * *** Wroten
