Waste Connections

I have had to call Waste Connection numerous times to get my recycle garbage picked up because it gets missed on the scheduled pitime I'm furious because they were scheduled to piduring Thanksgiving so the holiday piday would have been Friday Well, two storms later and the following Wednesday, my garbage still has not been picked up I sent two emails and received no response I tried to call numerous times Monday and Tuesday but I couldn't get through the phone line

We accredited the account for the month and are going to call the customer to resolve the complaint.
