Waste Connections, Inc.

I have had to call Waste Connection numerous times to get my recycle garbage picked up because it gets missed on the scheduled pick-up time. I'm furious because they were scheduled to pick-up during Thanksgiving so the holiday pick-up day would have been Friday. Well, two storms later and the following Wednesday, my garbage still has not been picked up. I sent two emails and received no response. I tried to call numerous times Monday and Tuesday but I couldn't get through the phone line.
