We received an email from Ms [redacted] on March 7th asking us to mail her back the colored survey which then the administrative personnel notified us the survey was lost therefore we contacted the survey company on March 13th, and requested them to mail our client the new survey that was done for her property dated Aug,, Upon receiving this complaint today dated March 28, we contacted the survey company and followed up on the status of the new survey dated Aug24th, we had requested to be sent to Ms [redacted] when we had called on March 13thThe survey company informed us it may take up to days for the customer to receive itThere was no phone call received from the customer or an email after March 7th, informing us she had still not received her requested surveyShould Ms [redacted] still not have received her new survey dated Aug24, on or before April 13th, please do contact usWe sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms***

Upon receiving this complaint today dated March 28, 2017 we contacted the survey company and followed up on the status of the new survey dated Aug. 24th, 2016 we had requested to be sent to Ms. [redacted] when we had called on March 13th. The survey company informed us it may take up to 30 days for the customer to receive it. There was no phone call received from the customer or an email after March 7th, 2017 informing us she had still not received her requested survey. Should Ms. [redacted] still not have received her new survey dated Aug. 24, 2016 on or before April 13th, 2017 please do contact us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Ms. [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I just wanted known that I initiated it on Feb 20. for my survey to be returned to me and not the 7th of March. If Unique Builders had communicated on the 7th or even on the 13th that the survey company was sending me a copy, this complaint would not have been initiated. I did received the survey in the mail and I am done with Unique Builders. I will never use them again!
