Review: I cancelled my WSC membership 12/12. At the time, I had changed my credit card. They didn't charge my card 1/13 or 2/13. Then, without my authorization, they started charging my card again 3/13. I didn't notice it until just now. They have charged my card 16 times for $70.75 without my authorization.Desired Settlement: I owe them a one month cancellation fee. they should refund me $1,061.25

Review: I had a membership at Germantown WSC which went out of business. Apparently my membership was transferred to the [redacted] location without my knowledge. I did not receive any letter in the mail or a call. I was not at the club for over a month so I did not see any signs. I was charged $19.99 and $29.99 after the transfer which is $10.00 more than my contract (monthly). I do not live near [redacted] and cannot go to that club. I'm not sure why effective communication was not made and a choice given. I even called and they told me to call the help desk at ###-###-#### in which I called several times and they don't pick up. I want my membership cancelled and my dues for this month refunded.Desired Settlement: and cancellation of membership w/out penalty due to location going out of business. Review: I signed a contract with with this fitness club and my montly rate was changed. My rate was $49.99 monthly and my rate was changed to $64.99. The sales manager has since left and when I provided the contract the current sales manager forwarded the contract to the district manager and was told later that he would not honor the rate.Desired Settlement: I want my rate to be adjusted to the rate that was agreed upon of 49.99 monthly and I would like a refund of 14.99 extra for the month that I was already charged.

The member chose the [redacted] location, whose standard rate is $64.99. No guarantee of a price exception was promised or implied.
