Review: The company has repeatedly refused or failed to issue my promised $200 refund after rejecting my lease application. It has been nearly 3 weeks since the initial request (will be exactly three weeks starting tomorrow), and status updates have been requested nearly every day. I have reason to believe they are willfully withholding my promised refund.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive my full refund as well as an explanation for why my concern was repeatedly ignored.
