[redacted] [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business did not provide all facts in their responseIn fact, their response was very generalI did not receive the approval document until May 10th after paying the total on February 15thThat is s huge lapse in timeI returned my approval two days later after receiving the approval on May 10th This is the first time I received notice that the marker will not be ready until August 3rdI have not received any communication from the cemetary and certainly had no idea I was ordering a special markerThere is obviously a huge gap in timing of when my order will be completed from the time of final payment madeThis needs to be addressed [redacted] ***
