Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below After reading Washington Electric's reply all I can say is they are not telling it as it ishad my wife been able to continue paying the bills this matter would have never came to lightBefore I continue let me make it clear Washington Electric is notorious for poor customer for poor customer relations after I discovered I was paying for two meters I contracted I had contracted them on the subject and got nowhere with them so I dropped the matter shortly there after I received a bill from them for that I was to pay in advance for the meter on the garageWhen I questioned them there reply was because it was a seasonal rental propertyThe garage has never been a rental as it had no septic or water and is listed by the town assessors as a two car garage , but no one from Washington Electric would come out to lookWe built the garage first so we would have a place to store our tools and material plus shelter for us as we worked on our house on weekendsWe were traveling miles to do so one wayat this point I told them I refused to pay the billThe reply was very sarcastic, if I did not pay they would cut me offAt this point I went to a lawyer who contacted Vt public utilities and they denied us a hearing due to the fact Washington Electric was in the right to charge for two metersOn this I do agree but the fact is I do not need meters I have been paying years for an extra one that was due to a poorly designed installation laid out by MrHarvey [redacted] of Washington Electric over heard by me when the crew was here and saying Mr [redacted] had been retired for years and they were still fixing his mistakesAll I ever wanted was to leave things the way they were and discontinue paying for the second meterI strongly feel that the handling of this matter by both Washington Electric and Vt public utilities was very poorly carried out being years of age and a WW II Vet and parshly disabled I feel that I am at least entitled to some respect, I received none from either
