Paid a deposit to sign up for a HNLP course, however because of miscommunication, Irit was confused about what course I was actually enquiring about even though I asked her multiple times if what I was signing up for was the correct course. I decided to wait for the next course, yet they didn't have the dates available so my deposit just has been hangin in limbo. Circumstances changed and I asked for my deposit back, but instead of have been resistant to give it back, even though their refund policy didn't apply to my circumstance. This company is completely 100% UNPROFESSIONAL and will try to make you feel like you are at fault for their mistakes. Please do yourself a favor and find a more respectable company to receive your training from who is not so money hungry that they will not take responsibility for their mistakes!
