I am rejecting this response because: They did lose the paper work on *** ***, The Hospital had to call them to retrieve her body, the statement was and I quote " we do not have any paperwork regarding a *** * *** " and it was at that time my Husband asked how they picked up the body if they do not have paperwork ? and expressed his lack of confidence in them.

After reviewing the complaint as stated by Mrs. [redacted] there are details which are skewedand other points of information which have been omitted. Mr. [redacted] contacted our company viaemail March 18, 2017 to enlist our services. Mrs. [redacted] was transferred into our care the followingday. The...
[redacted]'s called our office Mon but there was never an incident of lost paperwork. Thename while searching the database "[redacted]" was misspelled so it did not populate human errornever as issue of lost paperwork.During the course of our conversation to confirm the details of Mrs. [redacted]'s arrangementswe provided our standard timeline of completion, 7-10 business days from receipt of pavment. Mrs.[redacted] then came in on Mach 28, 201 to make payment. I did say that the cremation should becompleted by Friday March 31, 2017; however the cremation was not able to complete. On Friday Mr.J** spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and pledged to deliver the cremated remains on Sunday, April 2, 2017. Hecontacted Mrs. [redacted] 3 times via telephone but was unsuccessful. Monday, April 3, 2017 Mr. J**tried yet again to call, no avail. Tuesday Mrs. [redacted] called and I informed her we would be unable toattempt delivery of the cremated remains but would cove shipping charges. It was then that Mrs.[redacted] stated that her husband would be in that evening, I cautioned her of our business hours. Thefollowing Thursday Mrs. [redacted] came into pick up the cremated remains. The following Monday I wasmade aware of the death certificate error and informed Mrs. [redacted] the death certificate would berefunded as she contacted vital statistics herself. A check was mailed to her home address.
