call list. If we are able, we leave a message when there is no answer.  However, in this case, we do not have a premise number, so we called [redacted] and then [redacted].  There was no answer at either number, so  we dispatched the guard service.  We then called [redacted] again and left a message.
 
When [redacted] called Washington Alarm and talked to Our Central Station Manager, it was discovered that [redacted] should no longer be on the call list.  We had [redacted] send in an updated call list and made the changes. 
In reviewing the situation, two items came to light.  We should have left a message on [redacted]’s voicemail and our customer, CPAP Blowouts, should have updated their call list when [redacted] was no longer a viable contact. 
We always strive to resolve any issues with our customers.  In this case, we will refund the $55.00 charged for the guard response.
