Review: We rent a washer/dryer from the "Washer dryer rentals" company at Sept 9th 2014. After a few weeks, the washer/dryer got broken. I called the guy several times to come and fix it, but he did not return my calls. He picked up once and told me that he will come to fix it, but he never showed up. Now, we are moving to San Jose and again I called him to come and take his washer/dryer, but he still does not pick up. My moving data is Oct 19th. I do not know what to do with washer/dryer? I will really appreciate it if you could call and ask him to at least pick the washer/dryer before my moving (Oct 19th). His number: ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. Review: Owner of the company when we signed up, promised us every six months he or a rep from his company would come out and service our washer and dryer rental. After making a payment earlier this year the owner Said he'd come out and service it. It took him 3 months to do so, and when he did finally come by our house, the only thing he did was tell my fiance was "I can't fix it, I'll look for a new one for you to replace it. In the mean time keep using this one."He hasn't contacted us to let us know what's going on, and has refused to call us back after multiple times of trying to reach him. The washer machine has pretty broke, the dryer takes 5x to run before clothes are dry. We both recently tried to contact him to let him know what's going on, and again no answer. While at the state fair, I looked at my account to make sure I had enough money to feed my family, which I did until later on that afternoon when he charged us for another month of service, leaving me and my family with $1 in my account to eat at the fair.From his website:I want my money back for the months of the service that we were charged when the washer and dryer were malfunctioning and he did nothing to fix or bother to service it for the first year."In the event of any machine not properly working after installation, we will have repair services sent to repair the machine at no cost to the customer." Straight from the website under the pricing, options, service tab.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money from when the original complaint was made on 3/14/2015 and nothing was done to fix the situation.
