WashClub

I placed an order for pick up laundry services last week, order number ***. The order was picked up on Wednesday and I received delivery on Friday, per the order. Later on Friday, I realized the bag I received had a black cord, instead of white that my bag has, but thought perhaps they had just replaced it. I opened the bag and it was not my laundry. I have tried calling the listed phone number and it either rings to a full voicemail or is disconnected everytime. I have sent emails to their customer service email, sent *** messages, *** messages, and written on their *** page. I scheduled a pick up for today just to send the laundry back, but of course the driver is just a middle man with no knowledge. The customer service is not just abysmal, it doesn't exist. I am now out $38.66 and my laundry is still no where to be found with no way of contacting Washclub DC. It has been a terrible experience.
