Dear Revdex.com:I am not a member of the Revdex.com and do not plan to join.I do not own a business with the name of [redacted] .Keep in mind me as a dentist need to obey the HIPAA law and protect the confidentially of our patientsEven though there were no patients in our office when Mr [redacted] tried to break into our office, we still had confidential charts openMr [redacted] tried to break the HIPAA law of California. Now you are supporting his attempt to break the law[redacted] D.D.S
I am rejecting this response because:1) unable to locate any details via internet search except the "Washateria" detail found in Patterson. Actually, the sign on the outside of the building shows "Launderland Coin Laundry"2) As stated in my complaint, I only verbally declared that If no one would tell Dr. [redacted] that I wished to discuss the matter in person, then I would go to the back area and find him to discuss. His statements are sensational regarding me "violating HIPAA Ca laws" and "breaking in" since neither occurred. This is a perfect example of a business owner unconcerned about patrons and complaints.3) I received in the mail an invoice from Dr. [redacted], dated 2/8/17, referencing charges of $175.00 for "consultation" on 01/26/17 (wow! Just happens to be the date of my visit regarding the complaint!). Another example of unscrupulous business practices.I believe this case is a perfect example of why the Revdex.com exists as protection for consumers. I have a dentist and never utilized or required his consultation or professional services. This case has gone from a simple complaint to basically an untruthful billing which we would all call - what? You get my meaning.
