Wash N Go

Review: My credit card was processed as Auto pay that I did not authorize for Wash N' Go to do. In the past I have purchased car washes with this card for a as needed day to day or 1 month purchase only. My card was charged without my knowledge or consent at a time that I was not present or at the place of business. Auto pay was never brought to my attention, nor did I consent or become notified that my debit card would be stored in their system for Auto transactions.Desired Settlement: Notify all card users that their card will remain on file for auto pay unless you decline that consent immediately or via email, letter, or telephone. Prompt the customer with options to have their card on auto pay.
