I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.no remedy was offered by envy tubs and no responsibility was taken. both my plumber and the [redacted] tech support person who called me on behalf of your firm agreed that creating a drain that did not narrow to 1 1/2 inches at some point was not feasible. the [redacted] tech also said that the description of a "2-inch drain" should be removed from the [redacted] website because it is misleading. you did not provide a part that would do this, and I was told on the phone that the idea of a 2-inch drain (and overflow) was a holdover from a design that has since been abandoned. restricting the flow of water at any point decreases the efficiency by 25%, and your claim that this was a 2-inch was a major consideration in my choosing your tub. I don't want to sit in the tub and shiver longer than absolutely necessary, which a 25% reduction in volume will cause.Regards,[redacted]
