I am rejecting this response because: their response is not accurate and did not amount to any fruitful result! First of all, it IS a deep cleaning, which was done in two appointmentsNot "multiple appointments",as stated in the responseI was not disclosed of the information that they are not contracted with my insuranceI would switch to a in-network provider if I was informed soThe billing lady said exactly what I would owe to them after the insurance, which is $and I agreed and paidHypothetically speaking, even if it was an estimate like they claimed, that would be a very deceiving estimate because the margin of error is 148%Of course my complaint should be with their office because they provided me with the incorrect information which forfeited my choice of providers and they gouged me for a teeth cleaning"Verbally assaulting" is too much exaggeration on their part, I simply disputed the unreasonable charge and stated the fact of their wrong business practiceI would resort to legal action against them if necessaryI would prefer Revdex.com to contact them again and see if better resolution could be reached before I move further.
Sincerely,

Mr [redacted] came to our office for treatment of periodontal disease, not for a cleaning. it required extensive treatment spanning multiple appointments. He is on an insurance plan that our office is not contracted with. We gave him an estimate of what his portion would be based on what the insurance...
company told us over the phone. Again, we told him this was an estimate of what he owed. Once his dental claim was reviewed by the insurance company, there was a balance still remaining which he owed to our office for services we provided. His complaint should be with the insurance company, not with our office. I am sorry that he is upset, but when he came into our office and began verbally assaulting my office manager, he was out of line and rude. There is no place for that behavior here. He refused to listen to our explanation and left. I will continue to pursue resolution with Mr. [redacted] privately. Thank you
