I purchased a product back in December 2019. I still have not received it. I’ve contacted the company numerous times (over 10), they keep telling me it’s on the way. I requested a refund and they keep telling me I cannot get one because the product is on its way.

Hello, I order magmatic eyelash from Wasabisix on January 9th. From there, I was patient and calm about my shipment. Now it's been 3 months and within those 3 months I've been in contact with representative from Wasabisix company.I sent them 8 emails regarding my refund and no arrival of the order. I did at least receive 1 email from Wasabisix representative that the shipment was on it's way, but again nothing was coming. All I wanted was a refund. Thank You
