Review: On Aug **, 2013 I enrolled my daughter [redacted] in TKD Warriors after school program. I spoke with [redacted] personally and he informed me, that the after school program would pick up [redacted] and take her to his facility. I called three times befor pick up to ensure everything went smoothly. Giving all the information they need and recieving all the information I needed.On the first day of the after school pick up September **, 2013, [redacted] gets out of school at 2:45.I called the dojo at 315, no answer, again at 320 no answer I left a messaage, 3:30 I speak with a young lady. I ask her if [redacted] was picked up by [redacted]? She responds. [redacted] takes the children to the other location. She advises me that [redacted] will call me back. I recieve a call back that there was a mix up and my daughter is at the other location. I specifically did not sign my daughter up at that location because it is located in a gym and different people go in and out of that facility. [redacted] then picks up [redacted] from the other location and take her to his location where she was originally signed up. I get to the location and and greeted by [redacted] who is very apologetic. I explain that I will be withdrawing madison from the program because of safety issues they posed on the first day! I requested a refund which he stated I could not have because I signed a contract. I left the facility with my child and NO REFUND. I then asked my husband to please go speak to [redacted] about the incident and the refund on the same evening. My husband returns home with no refund and a promise of at least 175.00 refund. Days pass and my husband leaves messages for [redacted] with no call back. My husband then returns to the dojo on Monday September **,2013 amd [redacted] gives him a check for 175.00.Desired Settlement: TKD Warriors was inconsiderate in the handling of my child. I would like the remander of the payment 175.00. TKD Warriors picked up my daughter one day, and took her to the wrong location.They did not providethe service I request.

Warriors TKD was in no way inconsiderate in the handling of [redacted]' child [redacted]'s child was picked up from school and brought to our Warriors Taekwondo location. Warriors Taekwondo has 2 locations, one at [redacted] in the Bronx and

[redacted] (bet [redacted]) in Manhattan.

Upon picking up [redacted] from school, she was taken to our [redacted] facility by mistake instead of Manhattan location. Upon the realization of this error she was immediately taken to the Manhattan facility.

Both Warrior Taekwondo locations have trained staff that supervise the children at all times. At no point was [redacted]' child ever placed in an unsafe situation.

Upon signing up her child [redacted] signed a contract that clearly stated that "You may cancel this contract with no penalty within (3) days of the date of the signed agreement." Also, stated in the contract that "An early termination will result in 50% payment of outstanding balance for reserved space. [redacted] did indeed receive $175.00 (50%) refund of the $350 paid amount.
